Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Tensora website and describe the basis on which our educational course offerings are made available.

Please read these terms carefully before using the Tensora website or enrolling in any of our course offerings. By accessing our site or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply between you and Tensora, operated at 55 Nimmanhaemin Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand (referred to as "we", "us" or "Tensora").
1. Acceptance of terms
Your continued use of this website or participation in any course constitutes acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of access. Where we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Our services
Tensora provides online educational content in the field of AI and software development. Our current course offerings are:
- Applied Machine Learning Track — project-led coursework covering model building, evaluation and documentation on practical datasets
- Data Engineering Foundations — coursework on data pipelines, storage systems and preparing data for AI workloads
- MLOps & Deployment Track — coursework covering packaging, serving and monitoring machine learning models in production-style environments
All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing in our course materials constitutes professional advice in any regulated field. Tensora does not award accredited qualifications, and participation in our courses should not be understood as conferring any formal credential, professional status, or employment eligibility.
3. Enrolment
Enrolment is subject to availability and is confirmed only when we have received your completed enquiry, agreed course terms, and, where applicable, payment. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide during the enquiry or enrolment process is accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your place without refund.
Courses are designed for learners aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required prior to enrolment.
4. Fees and payment
Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows at the time of writing:
Fees are subject to change. The price applicable to your enrolment is the one confirmed in writing at the time your place is secured. Payment terms, accepted methods and any instalment arrangements will be communicated to you as part of the enrolment process.
5. Cancellation and refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before a course start date are eligible for a full refund of fees paid
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations within 7 days of the start date, or after a course has begun, are not eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances at our discretion
To cancel, please contact us in writing at the details in Section 14. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 working days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course where minimum enrolment numbers are not met or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
6. Learner conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other learners. The following are not permitted:
- Sharing course materials, recordings or content outside the cohort without our written permission
- Using course materials for commercial purposes without a separate licence
- Engaging in disruptive, harassing or abusive behaviour in any learning environment
- Submitting work that is not your own without appropriate attribution
Breach of these conduct standards may result in removal from a course without refund. We will aim to address concerns fairly and give reasonable notice where removal is being considered.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, website content, trade marks, and other intellectual property made available through Tensora remain the property of Tensora or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own private educational purposes during the period of your enrolment. This licence does not permit redistribution, reproduction for commercial purposes, or use beyond personal study.
Any work you produce independently during a course remains your own intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer
Our website and course materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that:
- The website will be available at all times or free from errors
- Course content will be suitable for your specific professional or personal goals
- Participation will lead to any particular employment, income or career outcome
- All information provided is complete or current
Educational content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional, technical, financial, legal or any other form of regulated advice. You should seek appropriate professional guidance before making decisions in any regulated field.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tensora's total liability to you in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including loss of earnings, data, or opportunity, even where such loss was foreseeable or we had been advised of the possibility of it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Tensora harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or any content you submit through our website.
11. Third-party links and services
Our website may reference or link to third-party websites or tools. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it. Linking does not imply endorsement.
Some course modules may reference or demonstrate third-party platforms and software. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service, which are your responsibility to review.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or connected with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless an alternative resolution mechanism is agreed in writing between the parties.
Where a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will aim to respond to any formal complaint within 15 working days.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The revised date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent update was made. Continued use of our website or participation in a course after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Where changes are material and you are an active enrolled learner, we will take reasonable steps to notify you directly.
